Two days ago, Aida and Aarushe had their A-levels cancelled and their school lives came to an abrupt halt, due to the coronavirus. Here they discuss the five ways to wellbeing and what they mean in a world of self-isolation and social distancing. They also signpost young people to other services, including Young Minds, Slough Borough Council’s Public Health Team, Kooth‘s online counselling and Talking Therapies’ Silver Cloud course.
